Unieuro and Futura Spaces: Work Optimisation with Gulliver's G-HR Solution
In 2021, Unieuro adopted the G-HR solution provided by Gulliver, customising it to reflect its corporate identity. The platform was then branded with the Unieuro colours and branding, taking on the name Futura Spaces. This rebranding not only aligns the solution with Unieuro's vision and design, but also strengthens the bond with employees, who can more easily identify with everyday working tools that reflect the company's image.
Futura Spaces functionalities
Futura Spaces allows Unieuro employees to book meeting rooms and workstations in the Milan and Forlì offices, facilitating the organisation of office work.
How does it work?
- Booking: The Unieuro user creates a booking through the dedicated application.
- Reminder: One hour before the appointment, the user receives a reminder and has the option to modify or cancel the reservation.
- Notifications: Fifteen minutes before the start, another notification is sent to remind the user of the upcoming booking.
- Check-in: The user checks in to confirm attendance. If this is not done, the reservation is automatically cancelled.
Customisation and Integration
In cooperation with Gulliver's G-HR team, Unieuro customised the G-HR solution to perfectly fit their business needs. Together, they defined specific rules that allow Futura Spaces to be integrated into the daily workflow without disrupting existing habits. The main objective of this customisation was to simplify and optimise work, making the management of room and station bookings more efficient and in harmony with Unieuro's culture and operations.
