Gulliver on the Rise in 2023: Two Days at Lake Garda
From 24 to 25 January, we gathered in the beautiful setting of Lake Garda, at the Terme di Sirmione – Hotel Acquaviva del Garda, to share our stories, get organized, and plan for the new year. 2023 awaits us with great news!
New Colleagues and Special Projects
During these two days, we shared strategies and presented some special initiatives. We are excited to welcome seven new colleagues, all from Generation Z, who, after four months of Academy Coding and iPaas Gulliver, will join us from 1 February. In addition, two new PMs, Federica and Alessandro, will join our team.
Integration of G-OAL and MDC-X
G-OAL, our iPaaS, is increasingly integrated with MDC-X. Together, these platforms form the basis of our standard solutions and customized projects. This synergy allows us to offer increasingly efficient and tailored solutions to our customers.
International Projects and Collaborations
We are proud to announce that our project with the University of Luxembourg has been officially approved. This project focuses on transport, artificial intelligence, and CO2 footprint reduction. Six of our colleagues will work in the new offices Tomorrow Street, collaborating with LuxTrust S.A. to enhance our HR solution and Crossborders.
The Citadel of Innovation
The ‘Citadel of Innovation’ project for Brescia, in which we strongly believe, continues to inspire our Academy and innovation initiatives. With Massimo’s guidance and the support of our business network Iobo, we are creating a fertile environment for the growth and sharing of ideas.
Two Days of Work and Fun
These two days were not only hard work but also great fun. With such a low average age, cheerfulness is ‘native’ in our team. Quoting Bernard Shaw, echoed by Giancarlo Turati: “Some men see things as they are and ask, ‘why?’ I dare to dream of things that never existed and say ‘why not!’ Even in Gulliver, the ‘why not’ guides us”. Come on young people, the future is ours!
Our meeting at Lake Garda strengthened our determination and prepared us for the challenges of 2023. With new colleagues, innovative projects, and strong team cohesion, Gulliver is on the rise in 2023, and we are ready to grow and innovate even more.
