Also this year Gulliver actively participates in the research conducted by the Logistics Observatory of the Politecnico di Milano in terms of sustainability and digitization. The Observatory studies the evolution of the Italian outsourcing market for logistics activities, in all its forms, from strategic outsourcing decisions to tactical outsourcing decisions.
Streamlining processes, analysis and planning activities become fundamental criteria for an effective transition. The trend is to focus on hardware, when software efficiency is the real breakeven point of sustainable digital transformation in the logistics sector.
