The company, founded by the Bollati family, began its journey in 1983 as a research laboratory specializing in hair care products under the Davines brand and skincare products under the [ comfort zone ] brand. Today, the Group is present in more than 90 countries, with its central headquarters and production facility in Parma, along with 9 subsidiaries worldwide.
Our collaboration with this esteemed company began in 2007 when Davines chose Gulliver to develop a sales management system. Since then, we have worked weekly with the Davines team to continually improve the product and services offered to their clients.

The project comprises three main components, integrated to optimize sales management:

This version of our sales management system is used by mobile agents to present the product catalog to hair stylists, manage orders, and apply personalized discounts. G-Agent interfaces with Davines’ management software to ensure an efficient and personalized workflow.
A dedicated e-commerce website for professionals, where they can view products, bundles, place and manage orders with a personal account. This tool facilitates purchasing and inventory management for salons.
The customer care portal for Davines’ back-office operators, allowing them to efficiently and quickly manage customer requests regarding orders.
