Thanks to the integration of AI, G-Transport is now empowered with new functionalities, explained in this video by our Sales Director Stefano Capoferri:
- Driver-to-hub chat: a virtual assistant always active to answer drivers' questions and facilitate communication with the operational team.
- Email-to-order: automatically converts texts into structured orders, saving time and reducing errors.
- Address normalisation: prevents delivery mistakes even in cases of incomplete or incorrect addresses.
- Load optimisation: suggests the best distribution based on volume, priority, and destinations.
- Route optimisation: analyses traffic and constraints to propose optimal routes in terms of time, costs, and environmental impact.
The result? Fewer errors, more efficiency, greater control, and more time to focus on what truly matters: service, safety, and sustainability.
