Gulliver took part in the ELITE program at SDA Bocconi School of Management, an initiative that allowed participants to explore key issues for business growth and continuity.
During the training days, several fundamental pillars were addressed: the importance of solid governance, the definition of a shared strategy, the diversification of business lines, the central role of human capital, and the value of generational transition between colleagues of different ages and experiences.
These principles are already an integral part of the path undertaken by Gulliver, which has seen the establishment of an Executive Committee composed of young professionals with cross-functional skills and the appointment of Stefano Capoferri as the next Director.
The initiative confirms the company’s commitment to investing in continuous training, involving new generations, and strengthening its governance tools.
